Lobster, Toggle, Slide Clasps?
Toggle clasps (a shape with a hole in it that you put the other end through) are generally easier to put on and take off.
Lobster clasps (you use your finger or finger nail to open the "mouth" and hook it around the small circle at the other end of the bracelet) are less likely to unintentionally come off but hard for older adults with arthritis. *I have one LARGE lobster claw clasp that you use the SIDE of your finger to open and close*
Slide Clasps (you slide one side into the other size) look best on 3-string, 4-string or 5-string bracelets. A Slide Clasp separates the strings so they lay nicely on your wrist. You can also do 3, 4 or 5 seperate strings.
STERLING SILVER: My silver toggles, slides and lobsters are all .925 sterling silver.
GOLD: My gold toggles and lobsters are 14k gold plated. Gold does not tarnish.

IMPORTANT: Sterling silver is an alloy containing metals that react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish; high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and contaminants such as salt water increase this reaction. Take steps to protect sterling silver by keeping it in airtight packages when it isn't being worn, use tarnish-resistant products (included in the bag) that absorb harmful chemicals, and store sterling findings in a cool, dry place. Most tarnish is easily removed by using the free polishing cloth I include with each bracelet, necklace, anklet or earrings ordered.
